2024 has been a great season for Jannik Sinner. The Italian not only won the Australian Open but continued his form in other competitions also. The 22-year-old star went on to win the ATP Rotterdam tournament. In the Sunshine double tournament, Sinner clinched the Miami Open after losing his first match of the season to Carlos Alcaraz in the Indian Wells 2024 semifinals.

With three titles in four competitions, Sinner experienced a serious leap in his rankings. Starting the season outside the top 10, Sinner is now World Number Two in the rankings. He replaced Spanish youngster Carlos Alcaraz. Serbian ace Novak Djokovic continues to dominate the rankings as he retains the top spot.

Jannik Sinner, Gregor Dimitrov and Other ATP Rankings Changes After 2024 Miami Open  

Along with Sinner, Gregor Dimitrov moved into the top-10 rankings. Despite a straight-sets defeat to Sinner in the championship match, the Bulgarian continued his resurgence of the past 12 months. Wins over Alcaraz and Zverev made him a serious candidate for future competitions.

A breakout ‘Sunshine Double’ for Fabian Marozsan has seen the Hungarian rise to a career-high World No. 38. The Hungarian took the highest leap in the rankings as he moved up 19 places. After a solid fourth-round run in Indian Wells, the 24-year-old reached his second Masters 1000 quarter-final in Miami.
